ORIGINS
The dream begun 18 years ago in a small Kakheti family Marani.
For the past few years, the family that had been committing to winemaking, ended up making the 18 different wine types, with the special taste quality depicting the years of dedication.
The impressive taste and thousand of encouragements motivated the family to introduce a special product to the public.
It was through the support of ENTERPRISE GEORGIA that the idea became a reality, so alongside the development of winemaking, the family began the construction for the hotel complex VILLA MOSAVALI.
As such hotels are abundant in Kakheti, the family decided to open one near Tbilisi, particularly in Natakhtari, in a less touristic zone with the intention to foster the regional development.
The complex is decorated with a demonstrational small, and the large vineyard planted in the vicinity of the hotel. The main charm of the hotel is the convenience of arriving in half an hour from the city. The guests are welcomed into a completely different environment, where they can enjoy the magnificent landscapes, contemporary interior design, exquisite wine and the traditional Georgian cuisine.
Our chefs have revived and modernized the indigenous dishes, which will be delivered to guests in an updated look.

There are more than 45 dishes represented in the Georgian corner. Villa Mosavali cuisine is a synthesis of the most popular dishes in Georgia, which allows guests to get the full gastronomic experience and get to know Georgian cuisine in more depth.

Hotel and Winery VILLA MOSAVALI is a synthesis of the Georgian and Western culture. The area is arranged on national Georgian motifs and includes a Georgian Marani and a Chacha corner, where guests can personally take a masterclass on setting Georgian Chacha.
